EBC is seeking a Quality Coordinator to work on the Stanley Park site project on a Full-Time basis to support the quality team. Reporting to the Project Quality Manager, the Quality Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring that products, services, and processes meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting inspections, tests, and audits throughout the project lifecycle. Specifically, the Quality Coordination will:

  • Participate in the maintenance of quality documentation according to established manuals, programs and procedures.
  • Execute inspections and test plans.
  • Perform quality inspection in accordance with approved ITP and related codes & customer specifications.
  • Maintain log of inspection status.
  • Review Certified Material Test Reports as required.
  • Perform internal monitoring as required.
  • Complete all associated documentation and forms for individual inspections.
  • Write non-conformance reports.
  • Provide expertise to site team to avoid and resolve quality issues.
  • Manage initial set-up of the project including the development and submission of documents requiring review and approval, ensuring that current references are printed or electronically available.
  • Attend client meetings.
  • Assist with the resolution of project related concerns – both technical and personnel related.
  • Coordinate field activities with the Health and Safety team when required.
  • Review and sign data reports.
