You as a Quality Coordinator will: Lead and support the effective implementation of the Project Quality Management Plan, operational best practices, and assist with instituting risk management strategies on the project Facilitate proper planning of the work to ensure compliance with project requirements Oversee the development and implementation of Subcontractor Quality Plans and Inspection and Testing Plans (ITPs) Work closely with EllisDon’s regional/corporate quality team and technical departments to ensure adequate understanding and planning for complex elements of the project. Plenty of on-the-job training and support will be available. Is this the right role for you? Ability to champion and lead the effective implementation of operational best practices, risk management strategies, and quality assurance / quality control activities Experience with building envelopes is considered an asset. Comfortable in both a field and office setting, or would enjoy a role that requires indoor and outdoor split-time While construction environment exposure, process-flow and document control experience will be a asset, the right candidate will demonstrate the ability to learn Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry, home inspection, and familiarity with quality management systems and practices You are a self-directed, motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment This role will be located in Cold Lake, AB Must have, or be eligible for, CSID (PWSGC) Secret Level Security Clearance.
