QUALITY COORDINATOR (F/M/X)

Primary job location: Warsaw (office in the City Centre)

Are you passionate about ensuring quality standards and continuous improvement in product processes? We are looking for a dynamic Quality Coordinator to play a key role in maintaining Mars quality standards across distribution zones.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key user for quality systems like Nexus and Connected Quality Platform
- Oversee the hold and release process to maintain product safety
- Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and improvement areas
- Manage and maintain accurate quality documentation
- Serve as first contact for customer complaints and ensure swift resolutions
- Support incident investigations and root cause analyses
- Provide training and guidance on quality standards
- Collaborate with quality managers and support continuous improvement initiatives
