Our work will take you in different directions. KONE is seeking a passionate Quality Coordinator to join our team in Mascot, NSW. This person will play a key part in maintaining and upholding our quality standards across the organisation. They will support the Quality and Environment Business Partner in the deployment of KONE’s quality strategy, governance framework, and objectives. Driving continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, inspections, and testing activities. What will you be doing? Prioritise quality performance improvements based on data analysis Apply continuous improvement methodologies to investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Create, manage, and analyse datasets from multiple platforms to identify trends and insights Support the Quality Manager with target setting Conduct product inspections, including testing, sampling, and validation activities to ensure requirements are met Maintain and update quality records in accordance with established procedures Promote a culture of quality by sharing knowledge and tools Assist in internal and external audits as required Coordinate preventive and corrective actions within Quality Improvement teams What are we looking for? 1+ years’ experience in a similar position. Ability to read technical drawings and understand product documentation Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders Experience using quality tools, methodologies, and systems Familiarity with continuous improvement practices, including Lean and Six Sigma principles Understanding of process improvement and change management principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel What do we offer?
