We are seeking a passionate and experienced Quality Coordinator to lead clinical governance and drive continuous improvement across our Residential Care facilities. About the Role: As a Quality Coordinator, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the consistent delivery of safe, high-quality care. You will provide leadership in clinical risk management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives. This role is pivotal in supporting Facility Managers, Clinical Care Managers, and staff to maintain compliance with legislation, organisational policies, and the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards. Responsibilities include: Overseeing quality audits and compliance with organizational policies. Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes. Supporting and delivering staff training, ensuring adherence to mandatory training requirements and orientation programs. Working within a multidisciplinary team to provide guidance, ensuring best practice care standards. Analyse performance data to identify trends and implement improvement strategies. About You: We’re looking for someone passionate about driving quality and training in aged care. You bring: A Registered Nurse with valid AHPRA registration and a minimum of five years’ RN experience, preferably with background in quality management or aged care. Strategic and clinical planning skills, with an understanding of organizational behaviour. Expertise in change management and cultural change processes, with strong critical thinking. Ability to identify improvement areas and implement initiatives for better compliance and client satisfaction. Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, NSQHS, and regulatory compliance requirements. Strong communication skills to deliver impactful, persuasive messages. Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills for sustainable outcomes. Collaborative within multidisciplinary teams. Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised to meet deadlines Adaptable to changing demands and priorities.
