ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Quality Coordinator - Systems. This role manages our Huntingwood site Food Safety and Quality Management System, ensuring SQF compliance and alignment with The Arnott’s Group quality strategic plan. It leads quality assurance initiatives, drives continuous improvement in sanitation policies, and supports site teams, including Technical, Operations, Supply Chain, and Production. As a key member of the Quality Team, this position plays a vital role in maintaining high standards and advancing the broader quality agenda.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and build key stakeholder relationships
• Critical thinking, data analysis, and process improvement expertise
• Highly accurate, self-motivated, and able to prioritise effectively
• Degree in Food Technology (or similar) with 5 + years of relevant experience
