Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Report to the Quality Manager to ensure a consistent quality presence within the manufacturing facility. Deal with all tasks and duties in a professional manner to ensure an efficient response. Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative duties. Ensuring data used within the business is maintained to a high standard.

KEY TASKS AND DUTIES:

  • Work within the ethos and standards of the company.
  • Having responsibility for the administration and upkeep of documentation records related to our Quality Control/ISO system requirements, that incorporates our, Internal Audit schedule and CAPA log, to ensure we maintain our conformance with our ISO standard.
  • Participate in quality control activities on current and warehoused production.
  • Participate in ISO Internal Auditing as required.
  • Lend support to the Quality Manager in preparation for monthly internal reports and biannual ISO audits.
  • Manage the ISO activity log related to site.
  • Lend assistance and support to other managers within the group in context of gathering data and generating reports related to production activities.
  • Be a strong team player within the production office group, offering assistance and support where possible that builds a supportive working environment.
  • Offer assistance where possible in support of requests for help from other departments or Unilin sites.
  • Be professional and confidential in all methods of correspondence and be open to adapt flexible working hours to meet deadlines.
  • Actively partake in activities and learning opportunities that allow development of Power BI and SAP skills.
  • Undertake any other tasks appropriate to the position, as requested by Management.
  • Be the understudy to the Quality Manager and covering for their role when on holiday.
