  Quality Coordinator   Zentis is Europe's number one fruit processing company and one of the leading brand manufacturers of jams, sweets and custard-based dessert. The Company's North American operations are located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Plymouth, Indiana, where we produce fruit and dairy preparations for a variety of customers including yogurt, ice cream and bakery manufacturers.   The Coordinator position provides professional and dedicated assistance to customers on quality concerns through responding to inquiries, addressing non-conformances by conducting root cause analysis, creating written corrective and preventive action plans, and generating necessary documents for credit.  Coordinate and administer quality programs to ensure compliance with certification program and customer requirements Compile corporate and customer reports on established frequency.   Primary Responsibilities: * Ensure timely response to customers on all quality concerns through coordinating return of defective materials, leading incident investigations by root cause analysis, and creating corrective and preventive action plans. Provide written reports and summaries to the customer. * Responsible for the review, upkeep, and maintenance of quality programs to include but not limited to complaint management, environmental monitoring and pre-operational inspection.  * Generate necessary reports to meet corporate and customer requirements.  Formal Education Required: * High School Diploma or GED. Specific Experience and Key Knowledge Requirements: * 3+ years of food processing and quality assurance experience preferred but not required.  * Knowledge of aseptic and conventional processes, HACCP, and GMP preferred.   * Knowledge of fruit preps, frozen desserts, food service, and bakery filling applications are a plus.    Special Skills and Abilities Required: * Ability to communicate effectively internally and with customers and suppliers.   Interpersonal skills to align efforts across departments to motivate and drive improvement.  Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel and ability to learn Qualifax.           EOE/M/F/H/V
