Description
  • Quality data analysts, warranty claims, short loop, Pulls & Repairs to identify and analyze problems.
  • Investigate root causes and propose effective solutions.
  • Your responsibilities include collecting data from technicians, dealerships, communicating with the customer.
  • Prepare Warranty 3MIS / Pulls & Repairs results.
  • Monitor short loop process to identify potential spills.
  • Review short loop databases and complete all data entry for warranty claims and filings.
  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide or get information about products or obtain details of complaints.
  • Coordinate internal meetings with the team to address the issues reported.
  • Respond to customer problems or complaints.
  • Launch 3CPR projects at Customer facilities.
  • Provide quality notifications to customers.
  • 3 years of experience in Quality, SQA, Product Engineering, preferably in Automotive Industry, Warranty Systems, Quality

Systems

  • A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic.
  • English Fluently
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic knowledge in Gasoline Engines & GD&T
  • Knowledge in SPW, WCM or Lean Manufacturing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, high level of emotional intelligence and skilled at building relationships open mind.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High energy and personal motivation with a consistent “can do” attitude
