Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As a Quality Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence across our care homes. Working closely with Regional Directors and Home Managers, you will lead the development of care and clinical services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. This is your opportunity to make a tangible difference, shaping strategies, embedding best practices, and supporting teams to deliver exceptional resident care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To directly work with the Regional Director and their Home Manager’s in the development of care and clinical services and the overall delivery of high-quality care services as recognised through external regulation ratings.
  • Responsible for the introduction, engagement, and development of colleagues, embedding best practice and monitoring of compliance for a range of care and clinical initiatives.
  • Embed best practice through monitoring compliance of a range of care & clinical KPIs such as tissue viability, nutrition, end of life care and medication
  • Analyse individual home data to identified and respond to trends or concerns.
