Roles & Responsibilities

• Establish and champion the overarching quality vision and strategy, aligning it directly with business objectives and customer satisfaction goals.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve robust quality management systems (QMS) that ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional quality teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability for product/service excellence.
• Develop and manage comprehensive quality assurance and control processes, from raw material inspection to final product release.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant scientific or engineering field, demonstrating a strong theoretical foundation.
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance and management within a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical device, aerospace).
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining ISO 9001, FDA, or other relevant quality certifications.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
