Description
Responsibilities: * Responsible for recording quality dispute and analysis. * Responsible for quality dispute on-site verification and writing report. * Responsible for making compensation plan and coordination with CMO department. * Responsible for making quality dispute management measures. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management or related.  * More than 3 years in quality dispute handling, customer complaints, or technical service within the steelmaking industry. * Recording & Analysis: Log disputes in CRM/QMS; perform root cause analysis (5-Why, fishbone, 8D, Pareto). * On-Site Verification: Travel to customer sites; use inspection tools (calipers, hardness testers, portable spectrometers); write structured dispute reports with photos/evidence. * Compensation & CMO Coordination: Understand compensation logic (credit, replacement, discount); negotiate settlements with Commercial/Sales team. * Management Measures: Propose corrective/preventive actions (CAPA); update control plans and track dispute KPIs. * Strong communication, negotiation, objectivity, stress tolerance, and analytical thinking.
