Job Title: Quality Document Coordinator
Reports to: Quality Manager

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • No previous experience required as full training will be provided.
  • IT proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Willingness to show initiative and drive in addition to being a team player.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and show initiative.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The principal duties and responsibilities of the Quality Document Coordinator are to support the document control processes within the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with internal procedures, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
Project a positive image of Cruinn Diagnostics by interacting with customers, visitors, and suppliers in a professional, friendly and courteous manner at all times.

DUTIES

  • Data Entry.
  • Managing data base associated with suppliers and products.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits be ensuring documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible.
  • Maintain and acceptable housekeeping standard throughout the department.
  • Other adhoc duties.
    Job Types: Fixed term, Graduate
    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: From €30,000.00 per year
