Position Overview: We are seeking an entry-level Quality Documentation Specialist to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for reviewing engineering blueprints and entering dimensional data into Excel-based inspection documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and eager to learn how to interpret manufacturing blueprints. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter dimensional data from blueprints into Excel spreadsheets and inspection documents. Assist the quality team in preparing documentation required for customer and regulatory compliance (medical/aerospace). Maintain organized records of inspection data and ensure accuracy in all entries. Learn to read and interpret engineering blueprints (training provided if not already familiar). Collaborate with the quality and production teams to ensure documentation is correct and complete. Perform general administrative and data entry tasks as needed. Requirements Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data entry). High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to learn to read and understand engineering blueprints. (Or willingness to learn how to). Strong organizational and communication skills. Previous manufacturing, machining, or quality experience a plus, but not required.
