Project Role : Quality Engineer Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Must have skills : Manufacturing Engineering MES Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the overall application lifecycle. You engage in planning activities that integrate various disciplines and ecosystems to ensure smooth delivery and maintain high standards of quality. Your role includes continuous testing efforts focusing on security, application programming interfaces, and regression processes. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements in testing methodologies to support the entire development cycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals. - Assist in the development and refinement of testing frameworks to enhance automation efficiency. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on quality assurance practices. - Monitor testing progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - Experience in designing and implementing automated testing scripts and frameworks. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot defects across multiple testing phases. - Familiarity with environment configuration and data management to support testing activities.
