We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position involves working closely with manufacturing teams to implement quality management systems, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial environment; experience with safety-critical products preferred.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, and auditing practices.
• Experience with root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, 8D).
• Certifications such as CQE, CQA, or Six Sigma Green Belt a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures aligned with ISO 9001 and industry standards.
• Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes, recommending, and implementing improvements to ensure consistent product quality.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for nonconformances, field failures, and customer complaints.
• Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with design, production, and support teams to ensure quality is embedded across the product lifecycle.
• Analyze quality performance data and generate reports for management review.
• Support qualification and validation of new products, processes, and suppliers.
• Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma projects.
• Train personnel on quality procedures, standards, and best practices.
