JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead the Quality Review Board process and collaborate with other technical leads to investigate, understand, and resolve customer feedback issues. Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, product management, quality, and supplier quality teams to understand customer and product requirements, design intent, and manufacturing processes to develop root cause of failure. Create, maintain, and report key performance measures (KPIs).

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of related quality engineering experience
  • Experience working with customers or suppliers

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
  • Process Engineering experience is a plus
  • Refrigeration experience would be a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capability
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to assess product performance and develop root cause analysis and initial problem solving
