Responsibilities

• Oversee ISO 9001, 14001, and 17025 compliance, serve as internal lead auditor, and promote ISO awareness
• Facilitate actions and improvements resulting from internal audits
• Conduct inspections throughout the plant, including finished goods, WIP, and raw materials
• Support control and disposition of non-conforming raw materials
• Initiate and complete Process Flow diagrams, Control Plans, FMEAs, Value Stream Mapping, and PPAP packages for automotive customers

Qualifications

• Science-related diploma/degree from a college or university or equivalent experience in the rubber industry
• Proficient in software such as QPulse, IFS, and PI
• Good communication skills
