MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

  • Be accountable for production in case of issues occurreded related to material and process
  • Be main point of contact for materialmeasurement analysis and compiling of data.
  • Be able to support process changes or studies using appropriate statistical techniques.
  • Willingness to interface with all other engineering components within the company and with customers and suppliers on quality related issues.
  • Provide support to other members of the Quality Engineering team.
  • Help maintain the Nonconforming and Supplier Nonconforming Programs.
  • Work in collaboration with Supplier Quality issues managment
  • Handle and mantain the calibration of Quality equipments”.
  • Participate in the preventive maintenance program.
  • Document inspection results in accordance with the appropriate Quality Procedures.
  • Perform appropriate statistical analysis of data.
  • Active in continuous improvement of all Quality Management Systems as it relates to Medical Devices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor or MasterDegree in Engineering: Electronical, Electric or Biomedical.
  • Knowledge of QMS standards ISO9001 and ISO13485 (only applicable for Healthcare) is preferred, but it is also accepted a biomedical background
  • Knowledge of Quality assurance activities in manufacturing:
  • Non conformity handling, root cause analysis methods, CAPA
  • Product, tool and process validation methods
  • Analysis of data
  • pFMEA
  • Candidate must be a self-directed, detail-oriented, dependable, and trustworthy person who works well independently, while being highly motivated.
  • Knowledge on electronic components
  • Able to read and understand technical reports, specifications, and 2D part drawings
