Work #LikeABosch Job Description Your valuable contribution to something big You contribute to new product launches and implement quality standards right from the beginning of every project; You are contact person for direct customer OEM for quality topics; You give active support and follow up implementation of customer requirements; You are responsible for claim management with 8D method and reporting towards customer; You organize and conduct customer audits; You are responsible for carrying out the process audits and also release the production equipment; You participate in project management meetings and ensure customer approval (PPAP) for product and process changes; You ensure a preventive, high-quality work within the product development process (PFMEA, Control Plan, Capability etc.); You coordinate other internal and customer quality and technical topics. Qualifications Personality: You bring positive attitude; You have passion in your blood; You are organized, focused and able to meet strict deadlines; You have a structured, target oriented thinking, always with quality principles in mind; You have excellent communication skills; Colleagues can describe you as an analytical person with problem solving skills; Your focus is on collaboration; Your mindset is based on improvement and growth; You have fun at work. Education: Bachelor/Master’s degree in a technical field such as: Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Engineering, Physics or similar Experience and Skills: You enjoy working in a team; You are self-dependent, structured and analytic person; Broad knowledge of MS-Office, SAP R/3; General knowledge of QM system; Minimum 3 years experience within automotive area; Experience as Quality Engineer / Process Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer / Manufacturing Product Planner or Project management within automotive area, represents an advantage; Broad knowledge of process audit/validation, quality methods, e.g. 8D, 5Why, FMEA, CP and of technical statistics; Willingness to travel to our customers and our lead-plants in Germany, France and Hungary; Willingness for intercultural cooperation.
