Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Quality Engineer to join our team in Wichita, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures Lead quality improvement projects using Six Sigma methodologies and quality core tools Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes Develop and deliver quality-related training programs for team members Create and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and reports Participate in new product development processes to ensure quality requirements are met Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Knowledge of paint and fabrication is required Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies and quality core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) Experience with QMS implementation and maintenance, particularly ISO 9001:2015 Knowledge of A3/8D problem-solving techniques Internal auditor certification preferred Intermediate-level proficiency in Power BI or similar data analysis tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Experience with continuous improvement methodologies Familiarity with statistical analysis and data interpretation Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Additional Information Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans *Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
