You will lead testing efforts across the full lifecycle, validating complex integrations and delivering seamless user experiences in high-impact environments such as retail and restaurant ecosystems. This role requires strong expertise in mobile testing, transaction flows, and defect management, as well as the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.   Responsibilities & Scope Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Web and Mobile (iOS/Android) applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure application stability and performance. Validate integrations with payment gateways, inventory systems, loyalty programs, and back-office applications. Conduct end-to-end transaction testing (payments, returns, discounts, mobile wallets, etc.) across digital platforms. Log defects, track resolution, and perform thorough retesting to ensure issue closure. Analyze logs and debug issues using tools such as xCode, Logcat, ADB, and StackTrace. Utilize tools like Charles or Fiddler to monitor and debug network traffic. Ensure testing activities align with compliance and quality standards. Produce detailed test reports and drive continuous improvement through actionable insights.   Your Profile Quality-driven mindset – Ensures high standards across all testing phases with attention to detail and accuracy. Technical expertise – Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS & Android), debugging tools, and testing frameworks. Domain knowledge – Familiar with retail or restaurant transaction flows and customer-facing applications. Analytical problem-solver – Identifies root causes quickly and proposes effective solutions. Collaborative communicator – Effectively partners with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.   Qualifications & Preferred Skills 5+ years of experience in mobile and digital functional testing. Experience testing iOS and Android applications. Strong understanding of transaction-based systems (retail or restaurant preferred). Hands-on experience with debugging tools: xCode, Logcat, ADB, StackTrace. Experience with HTTP proxy tools such as Charles or Fiddler. Familiarity with test and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Knowledge of test automation frameworks. Experience with SQL queries for backend validation.
