Description
Assist with inspection and testing of products and components to ensure compliance with specifications. Support first article inspections, and non-conformance reporting. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes. Help maintain accurate records in SAP and other quality systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools. Provide support during customer audits and internal quality system audits. Contribute to data collection and analysis for quality metrics (scrap, warranty, DPPM). Develop, review, and update SOPs to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with quality standards. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, or related field. Ability to work 2-3 days per week during the semester or full-time during breaks (per co-op program guidelines). Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week. Minimum 3.0 GPA Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
