Assisting in the management of the implementation of a quality management system and its effectiveness in meeting business, statutory, legal, and contractual requirements. Engages with business stakeholders to manage compliance with requirements, supporting a resilient business that manages risks effectively. The role is a key enabler to change and business improvement. You’ll be responsible for: Responsible for delivering delegated elements of an annual business plan to time and budget. Facilitates external certification audits. Facilitates the internal audit programme including supporting the delivery of internal audits. Administering the audit process including audit notifications, requesting audit documentation ensuring audits are organised effectively. Assists with reviewing management system content for appropriateness, improvement, and implementation. Assists with the production of reporting information. Assist with the production of communication articles, plans and communication collateral to assist driving the quality communication strategy. Assists with all the activities that are reported on in management review. Assist with development of training materials. Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
