POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant ISO Standards. This role requires a strong focus on process improvement and the ability to perform root cause analysis to resolve quality issues effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality control processes.
• Expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
• Metals, Automotive or Aersospace preferred.

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product compliance with ISO standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues in manufacturing processes.
• Perform regular inspections and audits to monitor quality performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Prepare quality reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
