Responsibilities: Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to internal and external complaints in a timely and appropriate manner. Maintain the Quality Management System for the production lines under their responsibility. Ensure that products and processes comply with the specific requirements of the quality system and the customer. Lead the shop floor team to achieve quality results through corrective and preventive strategies. Lead root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions for process-related issues. Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, procedures, etc. Follow up on supplier complaints and ensure the implementation of preventive actions. Lead activities related to incoming material inspection, ensuring quality before entering the production line. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering. +3 years of experience working as a supplier quality engineer Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry. An analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving.
