Groton is one of our largest sites, based in Connecticut, employing 210 employees, and is still growing, Groton is situated in a great location for easy commuting.   What we can offer you: * An interesting and varied field to work in. * An environment where you can learn and grow through constant development opportunities. * PTO * Competitive 401K * Competitive medical insurance   The Role The Quality Engineer will support the organization in all aspects of developing and managing an effective quality management system that is AS13100 compliant and accredited to ISO9001, AS9100, NADCAP, and major customer standards.   * Maintaining quality documentation in line with Company and customer requirements including specifications, third party documents, standard operating procedures, work instructions and the Quality Manual. * Conduct internal audits as required by accreditations and customers. * Record, monitor, and control non-conformances arising from internal and external audits to the point of robust CAPA implementation. * Carry out assessments of customer satisfaction and use this information to inform and guide Company strategy. * Work with teams throughout the organization to ensure the compliance of suppliers with the requirements of the Company's quality policies, specifications, and procedures. * Support the site teams and become involved in regular customer communications. * Conduct Contract Reviews and assist with CID incorporation between all departments * Perform a variety of other duties and tasks of equal or lesser complexity.   Doncasters Values: We foster a winning mindset that enables everyone to be both safe and able to fulfil their potential.
