Ensure facility complies with IATF and ISO-9001 certifications. Process-oriented and ability contribute to continuous improvement. Knowledge of process auditing techniques to ensure compliance to defined quality requirements. Must exhibit a high level of motivation, sense of urgency, and energetic approach to job duties and requirements. Bachelors of Engineering degree from accredited institution. 1+ years experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment. Ability to read blueprints, technical data sheets, and schematics. No relocation assistance is available for this role. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Carol Stream, IL. 2+ years experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment. Skills in analyzing quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Proficiency in using software tools for data analysis (e.g., Excel, Minitab). Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and new challenges in a dynamic work environment. Openness to learning new tools and methodologies. Previous experience communicating and interacting with Engineering, Tool Room and Production as necessary to promote specification compliance and customer PPAP submission. Detailed knowledge of manufacturing processes and inspection techniques. Experience in electrical or electro- mechanical products .
