Quality Engineer - Wilmington, MA

• Salary Range: 135,000 - 170,000

Summary: Seeking a Quality Engineer with expertise in quality management and engineering principles, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or management
• Understanding of quality principles and tools (8D, CAPA, FMEA)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use measurement tools

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with plastic injection molding and consumable product manufacturing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Mandarin language skills

• Maintain and update QA documentation
• Conduct training for QC inspectors and production personnel
• Perform batch release reviews for finished products
• Lead investigation of non-conforming product issues
• Manage customer complaints including root cause analysis
• Support the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Participate in audits and manage change control processes
