YOU WILL PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN..

As a Quality Engineer (field claims 175D), you will drive the handling of all field related claims, ZD notifications.
In your daily work you will be responsible for checking SAP for new field claims, and making the first evaluation for further handling within MAN-ES.
Based on your evaluation, you will be the coordinator for clarification meetings with multiple departments, i.e. Engineering, Supplier Management, Production etc.
You will have to create detailed reports, showing the core of the issues, and at the same time be able to present the issues in a short and easily understandable manner for our technical board.
We use described process for our work, and the 7-step problem solving method will be your most important tool in your work.
In addition you will be responsible for continuously development of your own task, and processes related to your work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling of ZD notifications
• Root cause analyze
• Technical trouble shooting
• Owner of 7-step resolution process
• Coordination of activities between Quality department and other support functions
