We are seeking a Quality Engineer I to support our manufacturing operations in Riviera Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring compliance with internal and external quality and regulatory requirements, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving, documentation, and continuous improvement. This position plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our quality systems, working closely with manufacturing, engineering, and regulatory teams.

• Ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, GMP, and customer quality requirements
• Maintain and improve the quality management system
• Support the Operator Owned Quality (OOQ) program on the production floor
• Participate in MRB (Material Review Board) and RMA (Return Material Authorization) processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, reduce costs, and improve delivery schedules
• Develop and maintain FMEAs, Control Plans, PPAPs, and other risk-based documentation
• Support process validations and efforts to reduce inspection reliance
• Generate and analyze quality metrics, such as cost of quality and non-conformance data
• Investigate customer complaints and lead related CAPA and deviation efforts
• Assist with internal and external audits and inspections
• Apply statistical and Six Sigma tools for problem solving and process improvement
• Maintain documentation in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
