Description

Dear Candidates,
We are currently looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to lead our Quality Assurance & Control functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in fiberglass/GRP manufacturing, ensure compliance with ISO and IEC standards, and drive continuous improvement across our operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in Quality Engineering within GRP/Fiberglass or composites manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IEC, ASTM, and industry testing standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and industry-specific requirements.
  • Define quality standards, inspection plans, and testing procedures forGRP raw materials, molded parts, enclosures, and kiosks.
  • Performin-process and final inspections, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, drawings, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances.
  • Support type testing and certification processes (ASTM, IEC, DEWA, ADDC, or other utility standards).
  • Monitor supplier quality and conduct supplier audits for fiberglass raw materials, resins, and accessories.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and calibration records.
  • Provide training and mentorship to quality inspectors, production staff, and junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Project Teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout product development and manufacturing.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, and statistical tools to enhance productivity and reduce defects.
