YOUR SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sciences / Engineering or 7 years equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 certification.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, SAP or other relevant Quality Management Systems.
  • Proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or related roles.
    The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve quality issues within the plant to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage non-conforming products and materials according to established protocols.
  • Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality procedures and regulations.
  • Prepare comprehensive quality reports, highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain document control by organizing, updating, and managing quality-related documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
