A leading manufacturer supplying is looking for a Quality Engineer with manufacturing experience to work at their flagship site in Liverpool. The role offers excellent scope for further development and growth within a great industry. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Quality Management System Principles and Techniques
• International & British Quality Standards, ISO 9001
• Quality toolbox including FMEA, PPAP, Process flows, Root cause investigations, Lean and Six Sigma tools & techniques
• Internal Audit experience to the relevant standards

• Develop and maintain a robust Quality Management System
• Support with New Product Introduction projects along with Production Trails
• Carry out audits to ISO9001 Standards
• Work closely with customers, suppliers and any associated teams to ensure compliance
• Generate quality and process related documentation such as PFMEA, control plans, work instructions
• Oversee changes in engineering processes from a quality control stance
• Lean manufacturing, identify and drive continuous improvement
