dormakaba is seeking Quality Engineer I based in Reamstown, PA. The Quality Engineer I is responsible for leading, identifying, and implementing continuous improvement projects. The role will identify best practices, processes, and standard work to achieve quality/manufacturing strategy to ensure consistent high-quality results.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $75,000 - $85,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

• Design, develop and execute quality assurance and quality control processes for the dormakaba product lines
• Design and develop the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) process of the dormakaba product line
• Manage the customer complaint process including following up on complaints, root cause analysis, and reporting on corrective action plans
• Develop testing procedure/work instructions for quality checks
• Determine and develop in-coming and in-process quality checks and inspection methods
