This is an onsite position, 5 days/week, in the Vadodara office. Remote applicants will not be considered. Responsibilities for the Quality Engineer II Conduct thorough manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing, to identify defects and ensure the stability of the software Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to ensure the functional correctness and usability of the EHR system Document and track software defects, verifying bug fixes, and ensuring they are properly resolved Collaborate with developers, Scrum Master, PO, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage Contribute to test planning activities, including test strategy, test estimation, and test environment setup Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing input on user stories, acceptance criteria, and testability of features Qualifications of the Quality Engineer II Bachelor's degree in Computer Sc, Software Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in manual testing of web-based applications Experience with test case management tools and defect tracking systems Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities of the Quality Engineer II Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving development issues Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong understanding of testing methodologies and techniques Good understanding of software development life cycle and software testing processes Understanding of Selenium or any other automation tools is a plus Basic understanding of databases with querying capabilities is a plus Qualifacts is an equal opportunity employer.
