Overview Join our team as a Quality Engineer and help us ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining our quality metrics at optimal levels. In this role, you will consistently monitor and manage the quality system, ensuring it aligns with our business needs. Your contributions will be pivotal in addressing the needs of our business through your expertise and dedication. Responsibilities Oversee and ensure production processes operate under controlled conditions Ensure products meet established quality specifications Implement and monitor quality controls, tests, and inspections Conduct audits and analyze data to maintain quality standards Drive process improvements and lead corrective and preventive actions Ensure compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Engineering: Electronic, Quality, Industrial or similar areas. More than 4 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in Manufacturing areas. 85% or higher proficiency in English (experience in client communication). Advanced level in MS Office. Experience in process validation, transfers, and/or production line startups. Intermediate level PFMEA. Intermediate level Minitab. Advanced level in Metrology. Management of multiple projects. Demonstrable training and/or SS Green Belt certification is desirable.
