Description

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer with hands-on experience in the instrumentation manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance of in-house manufactured instruments to customer specifications and international standards, along with preparation and submission of quality documentation as per Vendor Document Requirements List (VDRL) of major clients such as ADNOC, Aramco, BAPCO, Qatar Energy, and OXY, etc. You will be working for Kleev Middle East Fze and SWME Control Systems Trading LLC.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–5 years of experience in QC/QA within the field of instrumentation or the related manufacturing industry.
  • Good understanding of instrumentation standards and testing procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with inspection tools and calibration equipment.
  • Knowledge of quality documentation for EPC/end-user submission (VDRL compliance).
  • Familiarity with the requirements of clients like ADNOC, Aramco (Not Mandatory)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and PDF editors (for documentation).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of instruments such as:
  • Pressure-Gauges, Switch, Transmitter
  • Temperature-Gauges, Switch, Transmitter
  • Flow Meter, Switch
  • Level-Gauge, Switch, Transmitter
  • Thermowells
  • RTDs & Thermocouples
  • Review and verify product drawings, datasheets, and test plans.
  • Conduct and witness mechanical, hydrostatic, pneumatic, and calibration tests.
  • Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and traceability documentation.
  • Prepare full documentation packages including:
  • Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
  • Material Test Certificates (MTC)
  • Calibration Certificates
  • Assembly and Testing Procedures
  • FAT Reports
  • Datasheets and Drawings (as per VDRL requirements)
  • Coordinate with internal production, engineering, and logistics teams.
  • Testing as per PMI, NDE, LPT, etc.
  • Liaise with third-party inspectors and customer QA/QC representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with standards like ASME, ISO, IEC, EN, and applicable client specifications.
