Description
Key Responsibilities Include * Establish, implement, and maintain the QMS and IMS processes, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO50001 and safeguarding system integrity during changes. * Manage and maintain the Document Control system, ensuring controlled creation, revision, distribution, and retention of documents in line with ISO requirements * Ensure all monitoring and measuring equipment are properly identified, calibrated, labeled, and traceable to national or international standards. * Support and coordinate internal, customer, supplier, and third‑party audits, ensuring compliance with QMS, product quality, and conformity requirements. * Report on QMS performance, KPIs (quality, environment, safety), and improvement needs to the Country Quality Manager. * Promote QMS awareness, provide ISO training, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. * Communicate with certification bodies and external stakeholders, support management review meetings, and perform additional duties as assigned. * Prepare and control documents according to the QMS and all relevant systems. * Verify document accuracy before release. * Maintain and distribute documents within the Document Control Center (DCC) or DMS system. * Define and manage document access rights based on roles. * Monitor document revisions and updates. * Securely dispose of documents according to the retention policy. * Maintain both internal and external documents in the system.     Document Control (DC) Responsibilities * Prepare and control documents according to the QMS and all relevant systems. * Verify document accuracy before release. * Maintain and distribute documents within the Document Control Center (DCC) or DMS system. * Define and manage document access rights based on roles. * Monitor document revisions and updates. * Securely dispose of documents according to the retention policy. * Maintain both internal and external documents in the system.   Required Qualifications  * Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any field)  * 1–3 years’ experience in Quality Management System or Document Control roles.  * Good Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and other quality standards are optional such as AEO, CT-PAT and etc.  * Experience in quality project management and/or integrate quality systems * Fluent in written and verbal communication both Thai and English. * Be able for domestics travel upon request    Work Location: IARP Asia Co., Ltd. (Cha-am Factory, Phetchaburi)
