Description **Need Immediate Candidates***Must Be U.S. Citizen* About the Role Join our dynamic Quality team to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with aerospace standards. You’ll lead strategic corrective/preventive action projects, manage audits, and collaborate with customers and suppliers to maintain world-class quality. Key Responsibilities • Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions. • Compile and present overhaul scorecards and quality metrics to senior leadership. • Partner with Site Quality Leader; lead QAE and Inspection groups when needed. • Implement and revise technical quality assurance protocols. • Ensure compliance with company standards, government regulations, and customer requirements. • Conduct internal audits and support external audits for ISO9001, AS9100, AS13000. • Lead multi-disciplinary RCCA initiatives using 8D/CAPA methodologies. • Review and interpret Repair & Overhaul manuals, engineering drawings, and GD&T. • Create and modify SAP inspection plans. Requirements Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • 2+ years in Repair & Overhaul / OEM Manufacturing. • 2+ years auditing experience with ISO9001 and AS9100 D. • 1+ year experience with ERP/SAP systems. • 1+ year experience with RCCA/CAPA/8D methodologies. Preferred Qualifications • Aerospace Quality Engineering experience. • Familiarity with Tableau, SAP analytics, and trend analysis. • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (pivot tables, formulas). • Experience with Net-Inspect, Teamcenter, HASP, SPOC. • Lean Six Sigma certification. • Strong communication and leadership skills.
