SUMMARY Be responsible for the quality issues resolution in new products development in MFE, make sure new products launch smoothly, work out the QCS document to guide the new product testing requirement. Be responsible for establish the quality standard of new products, assist QC supervisor to resolve the quality issue happen in mass production. Follow up the quality complaints from customer, complete investigation report (CAP, 8-D etc.) for quality complaints. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Prototype review and give the quality concerns to Product Development Team Work with Kids2 Quality Engineers to work out product quality requirements - QCS. Work with Project Engineer to solve quality issue in new product introduction (NPI)，make sure new products launch smoothly in MFE. Assist QC supervisor to resolve the quality issue happen in mass production Be responsible for establish the quality standard of new products. To ensure the product quality comply with company requirements, international safety standards (such as CPSIA, EU Toys Directive, FCC, EMC and EN62115, FMVSS 213, NHTSA, EN 1888) and client requirements. Follow up the quality complaints from customer, complete investigation report (CAP, 8-D etc.) for quality complaints. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE At least 5 years experience in Quality Assurance Familiar with quality control tools and 8D reports. Familiar with the knowledge of plastic, metal, fabric and other materials. Quality experience of Toy or infant products industry is a plus Reading & writing English, speaking English is preferred. EDUCATION & SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in Engineering(Mechanical/ Manufacturing/Industrial) or equivalent work-related experience is required. Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English. Fluent Mandarin Could design PCBA with electronic specifications & requirements. Have a good analyze and problem-solving ability. Good communication skill. Able to work independently and under pressure CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS None required. COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS Basic computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word) PHYSICAL DEMANDS When carrying out this task, we need to stand or sit up, have flexible hands and feet, and have normal listening and speaking ability. The ability of color judgment is needed. The color blind and the weak are not suitable for this work. WORK ENVIRONMENT General factory working environment..
