eering.• Strong experience within the residential groundworks

sector.• Good working knowledge of NHBC standards and proc

edures.• Experience working on housing developments for major housebu

ilders.• Strong understanding of drainage, roads, foundations and general groun

dworks.• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to q

uality.• The ability to communicate effectively with site teams, clients and subcontr

actors.• Strong organisational and documentation

skills.• Relevant construction or engineering qualific
