The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Act as problem solving champion to lead the investigation and resolution of quality issues by implementing effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence. drive global team to identify true root cause and implement permanent corrective actions for assigned issues Handle internal engagement and alignment on customer issues for quality performance concerns Review root cause corrective action closures for validity, identify and drive global lessons learned across all product divisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and manufacturing processes Provide training and support to team members on quality-related topics and corrective action procedures Manage interactions with key suppliers related to part non-conformance notification and resolution Prepare supplier quality performance data for input into QBR scorecard for key suppliers and attend Supplier QBR meeting Manage process for identifying, prioritizing and resolving high impact quality issues and driving regular cadence of communication with cross functional team - ensure improvement opportunities are implemented timely Drive team to deliver consistent execution of nonconformance process to identify clear improvement signals, including regular mtg for disposition Minimum Qualifications Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years Strong interpersonal and self-management skills Proven background in driving corrective actions (Problem Solving Methods) Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and creating customer facing reports Data Analytics experience a plus Ability to work in a multicultural team, and with groups located in other regions like: Israel, Singapore, Wales and Germany Ability to communicate complex subjects in simple terms Travel domestic and international travel possible We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
