Is NOT on an active Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)   ​Job Responsibilities Provide engineering support to operations ensuring consistent application of quality techniques Resolve quality issues of capability, product requirements and properties, and materials related issues. Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans, and providing resources. Coordinate of special orders requirements to fulfil customer requirements. Supporting of R&D department by delivering necessary results of quality tests. Maintain Control Plans, FPY reports and FMEA's throughout the life of the part. Providing the quality trainings for current and new hires. Facilitate and promote use of appropriate problem solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective action. Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Production to resolve customer complaints and concerns. Lead PPM improvement plan for strategic customers. Cooperation with Welding shop, tooling, chemical laboratory and destructive laboratory teams to deliver the shortest possible LT for quality tests. Proceeding EHS audit in quality areas.Job Requirements Bachelor degree in Engineering, prefer Manufacturing or Mechanical 1 year of quality engineer experience in a manufacturing company Proficiency in application of Advanced Quality Planning techniques, A3 and 8D Report methodology, FMEA, process flow diagram, process control plan, quality measurement and statistical techniques, quality tools, Successful completion of formal problem solving/decision making training Fluency in spoken and written English,  Exceptional analytical skills and high detail orientation are critical to success in this role.
