REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of experience in fabrication and machining parts inspection
• Skilled in CMM programming and use of inspection equipment
• Able to interpret GD&T, assembly/fabrication drawings, and P&ID schematics
• Proficient in using problem-solving tools (A3 reports, DMAIC, Kaizen)
• Experience in a manufacturing, machining, or engineering environment is essential
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Customer-focused with a drive for continuous improvement
• Certification in welding inspection or NDT will be an added advantage

  Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00am – 6:00pm

• Supervise and coach Quality Inspectors to ensure high performance
• Organise and allocate Quality Control (QC) resources effectively
• Monitor, audit, and assess inspection processes to ensure compliance and improvement
• Handling feedback, supplier quality issues, and customer reports
• Continuously improve inspection procedures and methodologies
• Ensure inspection tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained
• Promote a safe and healthy working environment by enforcing standards and procedures
