Description

Develop a deep understanding of product features, customer workflows, system interactions, APIs, data flows, integrations and technical dependencies to identify quality risks and determine the most effective validation strategy
Collaborate within Gallup's Product Operating Model alongside product managers, software engineers, designers and fellow quality engineers to ensure quality in every stage of product development
Design, execute and maintain manual and automated tests across user interfaces, APIs, integrations and end-to-end workflows
Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright or comparable modern automation frameworks
Perform exploratory, regression, smoke and end-to-end testing to uncover system risks and validate critical customer experiences
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to provide fast, reliable feedback throughout development
Troubleshoot automation failures and partner with engineering teams to improve test stability, reliability and automation coverage
