Job Description Main objectives: Quality support during the development phase Hardware/Firmware/Software Continuous product improvement Hardware/Firmware/Software Continuous improvement of processes and the management system Assuring product quality along the supply chain Complaint management Implement proper corrective and preventive measures Reduce field returns Responsibilities: Collect details to complaints/field returns Align all relevant departments and schedule action items Provide or create root cause analysis (depending on nature of the root cause) Provide 8D reports Manage sample collection Align replacement parts with Planning Dpt and Logistic Execute supplier audits Continuous improvement of product quality, process efficiency and the existing management system Qualifications Education Technical degree in the field of electronics/communications engineering (HTL, FH, TU) Experience At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company or testing department desired Experience in designing internal processes and improving management systems Good understanding of test and manufacturing processes for electronic devices Skills/Abilities Fluent German and good knowledge of English Ability to work in a team Independent and solution-oriented working style Additional Information We innovate.
