Position: Quality Engineer
Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
Salary: Up to RM5,000
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with laws, safety, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Work with teams to address product quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Drive Proactive Quality Analysis (PQA) to improve quality and meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal and global teams on quality control and product development.
- Lead quality performance meetings and improvement plans.
- Support product quality projects, market claims handling, and customer audits.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/degree in Engineering or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Quality, with preference for 3-5 years.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Willingness to travel as needed.
