What characterizes the position?

You will conduct quality documentation for customer requirements and perform quality control checks on machine parts using local control and measuring equipment. Additionally, you will program our CMM machines, support complaint analyses, and create 8D reports. This position requires a willingness to work shifts. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing quality documentation according to customer requirements (internal / external): measurement reports, FAIR, POR, work instructions, etc.
• Creating documents and drawings for quality documentation in production
• Performing quality control of parts using local control and measuring devices, even during production in different shifts.
• Programming and maintenance of CMM machines (coordinate measuring machines) based on customer drawings
• Inspection of supplier parts and subcomponents
• Final inspection of the production parts before shipping
• Support in analyzing complaints and creating 8D reports
• Support for operations and sales in all qualitative areas of action. What you bring to the table:
• Technical training in engineering or mechanical engineering
• Relevant professional experience in a similar role or in process engineering
• Good understanding of technical drawings and work tasks
• Good communication skills in German and English
• Analytical and independent action, combined with a careful, precise and results-oriented work style.
• Team-oriented and flexible
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Ideally, at least 2 years of professional experience in quality assurance.
