Salary: £42,000 p.a. plus excellent benefits including early finish Friday.

We are seeking a Quality Engineer a leading Manufacturing business in Droitwich. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by driving improvements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest quality standards across our manufacturing operations.

The Role: As a Quality Engineer, you will:

  • Lead problem-solving initiatives, using tools like 8D, 5 Whys, or Fishbone Analysis to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and/or IATF 16949 standards.
  • Work closely with production teams to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall product quality.
  • Analyse quality data and trends, providing recommendations to improve performance and meet KPIs.
  • Be the go-to person for customer and supplier quality issues, driving resolutions that maintain strong relationships.
